Psisionic powers, usually mistaken by some as telekinesis which is best defined as the power to move objects through the power of the mind, though in itself is not but a deformation of the word in itself as a power that functions beyond the constraints of simple 'movement'. However, Vulcan’s powers work in a similar way.
Decomposed into its basest exist 'tele' and 'kinesis', distance and movement respectively, energy itself does not only encompass 'movement' and that is where most people falter, limiting themselves only to the assumption that they're able to alter reality in such a minimal aspect. Vulcan’s powers themselves have the potential to create force, to activate the potentiality in matter and allow the manipulation of energy. Of course in accordance with our own law, where does the power originate? According to research, the human mind is capable of such power, consider simply the amount of energy required to make multiple synaptic connections when a being is in an excited state? Learn to harness the power that originates of the mind, the natural electromagnetic phenomena that occurs within you and you'll have understood the origin of your power, and hence have come closer.
To the understanding of the power itself, the brain radiates this phenomena as a wave, pulsing from the mind as a center of power, though more commonly observed using the hand as a focus of the power, either to guide the energy or to channel it where intened, the user manifests the energy depolarizing inert matter and inducing a flow energy in a fixed direction, the energy arcs to the intended object to be affected, and in turn agitates the inert matter, as we know 'agitation' or excitement of inert particles incurs a rise in energy, so that energy in its potential state may become kinetic and hence endow 'movement' to an object at a distance from the manifester. The object in itself is propelled as a force along the proverbial 'grid' and hence is moved through the power of the mind. Vulcan has come to understand this and knowing the potential that lies in the human body for the genesis of such energy allows him to do more than simply move a single object. This powers also allows Vulcan to fly. Gabriel is able to have interstellar flight. If he adds more energy he will become increasingly fast, presumably sub-light or light speed. He can fly for couple of days before his body demands him to rest.
His power is such that he's able to move and operate any number of objects within site, create an orbit centered around himself and even cluster them before himself as to form a 'shield' to protect from harm. The extent of his ablities also allows him to direct the same amount of energy to lift and throw objects of great size, alter their shape (such as bending metal), and in any case 'bend them against his will'. Without objects as a focus, the mutant’s powers allow Vulcan to project force in an area he designates, creating tangible walls of force to protect himself, as well as propelling them in a direction to send people behind his construct, hurtling. But also he is able to create, project, absorb detect and disrupt and warp energy under the same principle. This ability is not infinite. If Gabriel uses his powers at his fullest, he will get weak quickly and have horrible headaches that will make him pass out. He can only use his powers for a short period of time (1-2 hours and then he has to rest in order to recover his energy)
Vulcan is inmune to his brother’s powers but they aren’t inmune of his.
Skills:
• Is an accomplished hand to hand fighter
• A keen observer
• Has a good discipline factor
• Is in excellent shape
• Is extremely patient
Personality:
After spending several years as a prisoner, Gabriel has become a shy guy who sometimes acts like a child; As a consequence of that he tends to be an intuitive rather than logical thinker. Meaning he relies more on his feelings than his thoughts. Not only that, but he is introverted, gentle, and rather humble. The teen tends to be too clement, rather under confident in himself, decidedly lacking in rational thought, and also a bit inhibited. Dare say that in spite of having great power running through his veins, you will never see him boasting about what he can do. His humility is the prime feature of his character as a whole.
Gabriel is the kind of guy who you’d definitely find seated at the back of the classroom because most of the time he prefers being quiet and daydreams throughout the day. He finds his family a sore topic to discuss at times (He tends to withdraw into his own dream world as a retreat from the harsh reality of day-to-day living and the inability to cope with real life). The man is also the kind of guy who spends an immense amount of time thinking and dreaming about what it would be like to have a real family and considering how he would live his life if he did finally have the family he so desired. Gabriel is exceedingly emotional, sensitive and can easily be influenced by both good and bad; practicality and realism often escape him. That makes him the perfect apprentice; Gabriel would go to the end of the world in order to please those who have earned his trust and deserve his unconditional love.
The twenty year old youth is not that difficult to read, what you see from Gabriel is what you get. Although he had a hard time for many years, you would never see him telling other people about what happened in the past, he would simply asked the other person to change the topic. He doesn’t like to remember those events because they bring him terrible memories and makes him feel extremely sick at times. Probably, many people would call him a wus and they would be right. Gabriel sometimes is too sensitive for his own good.
On the dark side, Gabriel can hold a grudge for a long time and do whatever it takes in order to get revenge. He is the kind of person who doesn’t like to be mocked in public but most of the times he simply sucked it up because he doesn’t want to start a fight. However, little by little the pressure inside him builds until the very moment Gabriel explodes. The seventeen year old is the kind of guy is a guy who has the potential to be a really dangerous if he is taken to the edge of his patience.
History:
It has been more than seventeen years since the series of unfortunate events that would lead the future of Gabriel Summers. His parents, Christopher and Katherine Summers, had been waiting a long time for another son. They had prepared everything in order to welcome him. Christopher, who was a military officer, even asked for a change of his base in Alaska in order to give their sons a better place to live. After all the arrangements were made, all the family got ready to move from the city. Christopher and Katherine did not wish to tell both of their sons that the home they knew would not be there's any longer, so in rouse they told Scott and Alex that the move was in fact a family vacation, one that would change their lives as they soon found out. They took the family airplane and started the trip. However, they didn’t know that was the last time they’d see each other because an unknown aircraft would attack the plane taking Chris and Katherine as prisioners. But before they were captured Katherine gave their two sons the only parachute available in order to save them, leaving the young couple all by themselves before they were captured by soldiers and rendered unconscious through some type of energy signal.
Being in a new and mysterious world wasn’t easy for the young couple who didn’t have any idea as to what happened to their children, day after day both fretted over what fate their sons shared and whether or not they had survived the plane crash. The only thing that brought comfort to their soul was that their son was growing inside Katherine and no one would ever be able to separate them. But the relative happiness they did have did not last long; The man in charge of the two's capture (and possibly the whole abduction) found Katherine extremely attractive and wanted to calm his lustful thirst for her. Unfortunately, when Katherine refused, the man killed her in cold blood spite of the fact she begged for her life. Thinking that everything was lost and his son was gone, Christopher decided to take a risk and attempt the impossible. He escaped from the prison they were kept in and became Corsair.
As soon the man became aware of Corsair's escape, so he thought up a brilliant idea, a plan that would be perfect to make Corsair return to them; if he kept the baby alive Corsair would definitely come back to get him. He Removed the fetus from Katherine’s dead corpse and placed him in an incubator that was used to accelerate the growing process so that the baby was forced to grow up into a preadolescences in a just couple of years.
Since the very first moment Gabriel open his eyes he experienced pure and absolute pain. Forced to work even before he could barely walk, the kid was beaten, slapped, hit, kicked, burned. In spite of all the cruel punishment, Gabriel survived to become stronger despite severe undernourishment, medical services and even lack of tender human contact. After a couple of years Gabriel became an animal, he moved as if on auto pilot, with no passion or hope for solitude, his only hope that comforted his soul was the fact that there might be someone else waiting for him out there. Though his mind could barely comprehend the concept of ‘family’, he made up his mind to escape one day and go in search of them.
One day something unexpected happened; Gabriel saw radiant lights coming out from his fingers that didn’t burn his skin. At the beginning, he believed that it was only his imagination but later when he found out that he could not only produce fire but also electricity, he used his newly discovered ability to escape from prison base. He didn’t know exactly how, but he could fly. Not having any idea where to go Vulcan forced a guard to take him to a place where he could find others like him. The man took him to an island off the coast of Muir Island where he collapse after the incredible effort from escaping the prison pin. Although Vulcan was pretty powerful, he didn’t know the limits of his powers so he passed out on the sand left defenseless to the world around him.
Only a couple of days passed before he woke up in a bright white room where some men were trying to restrain him and apparently do testing on his unconscious body. As could be expected Vulcan reacted aggressively, easily breaking loose from the binds that kept him. He practically beat them to death and was about to finish off the whole staff when a nice woman who saw a need in him like no one else ever had before; to be cared for so she talked to him tenderly. Vulcan who was not used to that kind of treatment immediately found himself captivated by the woman who was no other than Moira MacTaggert. The scientist took Vulcan under her care in secret (away from the eyes of those that already resided at her laboratory) and taught him how to type, write and helped him work out emotional torments. Apparently Vulcan had no record of where he had been before and a heavy case of amnesia seemed to cloud most of his thoughts. He responded increasingly well over the years to the physical and mental therapy session, which gave him a better understanding of who he was and where he belonged. Even though his life was in solitude from the world around him aside from the contact with Moira and Moira alone, Vulcan appeared to live content with his life and pushed past his psychological trauma.
Now that he was emotionally recovered Moira thought that it was not a wise idea not to give Vulcan a name, so she decided to choose a name that she thought described Gabriel’s personality perfectly. A team from Xavier’s school recruited him. Now with the help of the new headmaster and the other inhabitants he is trying to reach his full potential.
From what Gabriel knows, he thinks he escaped from a prison...the details of such a place escape him for the most part, he simply can't remember a whole lot - sorta like his mind blocked it out on purpose.

Silence, Gabriel loved to be in quiet places. Since the very first moment he opened his eyes, Vulcan had always been surrounded by loud noises, yelling and insults, he didn’t like them, they made him feel nervous and stressed. The adolescent didn’t understand quite well what had happened last five years of his life but he was glad that the nightmare was over, apparently. Gabriel had escaped successfully from Shia’ar one week ago. He didn’t remember the way he arrived to this place. Nevertheless, it was not as ugly as the dark cavern he spent last five years of his life in, but he didn’t like to be confined, especially in small places, it made him feel sick. The small room was bright, walls were sterile and a mellow green-beige; Staleness suffused the room; the floor was adorned by a simple country rug.
Vulcan could breath easily know, he liked how the air was clear it all seemed thinner and easier to inhale here. The smell of dirt, excrement and blood was something the kid would never be able to forget. However, as a slave in Shi’ar he didn’t have many options. If he didn’t do as he was asked the consequences were grave. He didn’t like people; most of the people he dealt with were mean and always abusing him. First, he cried out in pain and tried to articulate words to ask them to stop but his efforts were always fruitless. Vulcan never learned how to talk because he never had someone to talk to him, he was used as a mule and nothing else as soon as the job was well done in an efficient and quick manner there was no time to care what his mental and physical conditions were. He was never granted a name or a way to be called he simply existed to work.
It didn’t take Gabriel too long to realize that no matter how hard he cried no one was going to come for him, no matter how loudly he cried for help there would be nobody to come to his aid; He was all by himself and he had to learn to deal with the pain. However, he dreamt secretly about the day he would be powerful enough to kill them all.
When Gabriel opened his eyes, he found he was restrained to a bed. His primal instincts immediately sent an alarm to the forefront of his mind, warning him that they were going to hurt him as well as the bad people in that horrible place but this time he wasn’t going to just lay there and take it without a fight. They wanted to hurt him? They would find that he was not a helpless child anymore. Unbeknownst to him there was something running through his veins, something that was triggered just in time to help him get free from the cruel oppression he was the victim of. Now Gabriel had the power he always wanted, he could make them pay for what they did…
"This is Subject 070984. We still do not have a large amount of information about him, however we can assume the subject posses mutant abilities. It was practically impossible he survived the abuse by his captors al by himself. We need to take blood samples from him and analyze them as soon as possible" Gabriel didn’t understand any of what the blonde overweight scientist said. It was only until the moment he saw a few sharp objects that terror invaded every cell of his body. She was accompanied by two big men who were dressed in white.
Vulcan was still feeling weak but he was not going to go down without a battle. He growled furiously signifying he didn’t want them to get any closer but they completely ignored him and one of the males took hold of Gabriel tightly in order to restrain his movements more. The teen practically tore the piece of metal his left arm was restrained to and use the metal bar to injure the nurse that was holding him. A loud crack and then a shrill scream filled Gabriel’s mind, he had taken down the first nurse and two were missing.
The female was wiser and ran away before Vulcan could take her. The nurse who was still up tried to hold him but a stream of crackling electricity was shot from Gabriel’s hands to the man’s body. As a result, the guy was thrown to the wall. Flashing red lights and a noisy alarm sounded throughout the facility informing the occupying workers special help was needed to restrain an escaped subject. Gabriel panicked and didn’t know what to do, he was about to have a mental breakdown and start crying. He only wanted people to leave him alone and not to touch him; they were going to hurt him if he let them come too close yet he lacked the ability to communicate his fears verbally.
