Mutation:
Danger Detection Response: ability to register danger to human life in the vicinity and automatically gives her the powers necessary to save those lives, be they hers or others.
Situational Biomorphic Adaptation (Nemesis Form): according to the type of danger at the current situation she automatically obtains the powers necessary to save those lives, be they hers or others. Theses powers and forms she takes are determined by the situation she is in and adapt accordingly to the situation at hand. The variety of Lifeguard's power manifestations appear to be almost limitless. Heather becomes aware of how to use any power(s) she manifests after a few seconds. She can also manage more that one power at a time.
Some of her displayed powers are:
Weakness: Although Heather is invulnerable physically, mentally she is an open target. Heather has no defense whatsoever against telepaths. Another flaw that Heather has is that she can save someone else’s, and transform no problem. But if she were in danger than she may or may not transform, which in any case could be quite fatal.

Skills: Heather is a trained lifeguard, and an excellent swimmer.
Personality: Heather had a stable childhood, and with that she has a pretty stable personality. The Australian blonde knows her roots, and stays grounded in any situation. Heather is very secure with herself, and knows where she stands at all times. Lifeguard also has an overwhelming amount of confidence, which some people mistake as an ego. Heather is a very loyal person, and very reliable in any situation. Heather is in a word headstrong. Once Heather has her mind set on something, she simply doesn't give up. She will in any case fight until the end. She is not easily persuaded to do anything, and has strong integrity that never wavers. Heather can be pretty aggressive. If she knows she wants something, than she's not afraid to get it.
Heather is brutally honest. She tells it like it is whether the person wants to hear it or not. You could say she is a straightforward person. Heather has always been selfless. As long as she could remember she always put people's happiness before her own. This characteristic was what interested Heather to life guarding in the first place. As honest and opinionated as Heather may be, she still has a good sense of humor. She knows how to lighten up a dark situation easily. Humor is at times what gets her through the tough moments in life. The Australian is pretty witty, maybe even a bit sassy. With a razor sharp tongue, Heather has no problems coming up with a 'smart' response quickly.
The Australian is naturally a leader. She knows when and how to take charge in most situations. This tends to make her a bit bossy from time to time. But no where near a control freak. Although Heather is in general a nice person, she holds grudges. She knows it isn't a good habit, but once someone's rubbed her the wrong way she never forgets it. Heather doesn't necessarily believe in second chances. She believes you get one chance and if you screw it up, than you blow it. No matter what she is doing or attempting, Heather gives it one hundred percent dedication. She is highly responsible, and is always on top of tasks. If Heather is in high spirits, she can usually be quite charming. The blonde has strong charisma, and knows her way with words. If she wants, she can be very persuasive.
History: Heather was born to Terri and Miles Warbeck. Her birth was simple, and had no complications. Within a few days the couple were able too take her home. The Warbeck’s were a respected family in Surfer’s Paradise. Terri was a lawyer in the D.A.'s office, and Miles was a financial planner. Or that was what everyone thought. Instead, Miles was an underworld crime lord by the name of Viceroy. His supposed job took Miles out of town for days at time, and never once did Terri get suspicious.
Terri became pregnant again two years after Heather was born. Eight months later Terri gave birth to a healthy baby boy, and named him Davis. Two months after Davis’s birth, Terri went into her husband’s office to put his "financial document" away. When putting it on his desk it tilted to the side, and all the contents that were inside spilled out onto the floor. Terri bent down to pick the files up, however; to her surprise and horror she found out that they were documents of a few dealings that Miles had made just the previous week. She started to investigate more, and realized that her husband was a criminal. Terri quickly packed her things, took Heather and Davis, and left. Miles was on a business trip completely unaware of what was happening. Terri knew that she needed to get as far as away from him in order for herself to be safe, but in order to do that she couldn’t keep her kids. Making the hardest decision a mother ever has to make, she decided it was best if she put them in adoption hoping that a good family would come and adopt them. After that she took off, never to be seen or heard from again.
Heather spent very little almost no time in adoption. In just a week a family Mr. and Mrs. Cameron adopted her and her brother. Growing up Heather always knew she was adopted, and had distant memories of her life with her biological parents, but never dwelled on it. And never told the Cameron’s that she knew that she was adopted either. Heather's childhood was like any others; the Cameron’s were the best parents any kid could have. She excelled in academics, and was recognized as being very intelligent. But if there was anything that Heather became outstanding at it was swimming. Heather began to win many trophies and ribbons and soon became known as the fastest swimmer in her local area.
Heather's sixteenth birthday rolled around, and she decided that it was time for her to get a job. Not that she had trouble picking out what she wanted to be. Ever since she could remember she had always been fixated on becoming a Lifeguard.
Her dream soon came true when she passed her life guarding test with flying colors. A couple of years flashed by, and she soon graduated from her high school as an honor student, and was accepted to her college of choice. She briefly considered choosing being a lifeguard as her career, but decided not to. Heather was ready to leave Paradise Island, and had packed up quickly ready to embark on the next journey of her life. But fate had a different plan for her.
While going out for a run, she crossed a street. A car that hadn’t bothered to stop at the stop sign plummeted into her. An instant before she was struck by the truck; Heather felt her body erupt in gold armor, protecting her from the truck's blow. The truck stopped abruptly from the impact. The driver was still conscious, and saw everything that had taken place. He quickly got out of the truck, running to the nearest house. Heather looked at her hands which were now in a gold colored armor. Heather had a sense to look up at the truck, as she did she noticed that the gas began to leak. Before she had time to run, the car exploded. She became surrounded by flames, her eyes tightly compressed. She thought that she was dead. She had to be dead.
When she opened her eyes, she noticed that no damage had been done to her. Instead she was still in the slick golden armor she had been before. The blonde didn't even have a scratch on her. Heather looked around, people had seen her. Heather didn't want to speak with the police so she ran fast to her home, which was thankfully only a mile away. Running up the sidewalk she opened the door; to find Ororo Munroe talking with her parents. Heather soon found out that she was a mutant. With a danger sense, and the power to morph in to what was needed to save her or others. Heather instantly became enrolled at Xavier's Institute for the Gifted.
At that time a cure had for people who had a mutation had come out. Heather had no problem with her powers. So the news of a cure had little to no effect on her. When the Alcatraz war took place, Heather stayed at the mansion helping the staff who had remained. Months after the war, a virus named Chimera broke out infecting mutants. Heather's powers as spontaneous as they may be protected her from the chimera virus by giving her accelerated healing much to the like of Wolverine. As the soon as the virus pass the power disappeared, and once again Heather can only save others, and at times like the Chimera virus, herself.
Sample Post: Heather Cameron slid the tight leather gloves onto her hands, which were shaking just a little. In a minute, now seconds she would be entering the danger room. Something she had heard about, never quite experienced it. Whenever someone started to talk about the Danger Room, how it was so exciting, thrilling, and obviously dangerous. Heather would merely shrug and choose to pretend that they were over exaggerating. But now that she was only a few feet away from the steel doors, she felt a smooth wave of panic wash over her. What if she was to mess up and the effect could be humiliating, even fatal? She shook her head trying to get the pressing thoughts out of her mind. Nothing bad was going to happen as long as she kept her guard up.
A brief red light flashed around the women's locker room signaling the Junior X-Men to enter into the Danger Room. Heather took a deep breath, and walked in pushing the feeling of uneasiness away. As she entered she looked around the Danger Room, in all honesty it wasn't as intimidating as she had thought. It was just a huge dome room, with nothing but steel as the floor and wall tiles. Nothing to be fret about it. "Nervous?" Came a voice behind Heather. The blonde turned to see who had spoken to her.
She was sure she had none of her friends or even acquaintances with her in this Danger Room exercise. She turned around to a complete stranger. "Not really," Heather said forcing the fear she had been feeling away. No way was she going to admit that this simple exercise was unnerving her. Besides if things were to go from bad to worse, she had her power to back her up. Heather was able to transform into whatever was needed to save anyone's life, or her own. But the problem was she couldn't control it, which often led her to not know what form she would take. It was at times a bit of a complication.
Before the girl could respond to Heather’s comment; A warning signal rang throughout the room. Heather could just feel the many mutants around her tense up. At least she wasn't the only one who was a little afraid. "Danger Room simulation will begin in one minute." One of the mentors began giving a quick speech on the do's and don'ts of the danger room. Heather hardly heard anything; her mind was racing to fast for her to hear what they were saying. Just a few more seconds..... Than out of now where the steel room that she had been in disappeared as a battlefield came into place. The blonde pushed all the negative thoughts out of her head, she was going to just fine, if not excel in this room. "Mind over matter," she whispered to herself before taking off in a fast paced sprint, reaching a cover station. So far so good. She stood there in cover for a moment, half expecting to be grabbed by a robot or something among those lines. But nothing happened; a moment later she was sprinting out again managing to dodge all the oncoming gunfire.
Caught up in the moment she tripped over debris, which instantly cost Heather to lose her balance falling face down in the dirt. She looked up to see a fake but so lifelike sentinel robot begin to blast a beam at a mutant a bit younger than herself. Without even thinking a second thought she got up and began running, sprinting, as fast as she could. She stepped in front of the mutant as the beam exploded. In less than a second her body instantly became covered in gold armor. The beam hit her body but did no damage whatsoever. She was at this point invincible against anything. The beam stopped, Heather grinned feeling somewhat victorious. From what she could tell the Danger Room had nothing on her.
